Terms of Service

These terms cover bookings with Tricia & Co. Events ("we," "us," "our"). When you accept a quote and pay a deposit, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and deposits

A non-refundable deposit reserves your event date and starts the design work. Final balance is due before install. Specific amounts are stated in each quote.

Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to reschedule, tell us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to move your deposit to a new date if we're available.

Cancellations within 14 days of the event forfeit the deposit and any custom-ordered supplies.

Setup and takedown

We arrive on-site to install at the agreed time. Please make sure the space is ready for us — floors cleared, ladders (if required) accessible, someone on-site to let us in. Delays caused by the venue may affect setup time.

Takedown is optional. If not booked, you are responsible for removing and disposing of the installation after the event.

Damage and liability

Balloon installations can be damaged by heat, direct sun, sharp objects and rough handling. We build robust installations, but we can't guarantee they'll survive rough weather or intentional damage after we leave.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.

Photography

We may photograph our own installations for our portfolio, gallery and social media. If you'd prefer we not share photos of your event, tell us — we'll respect the request.

Payment

Payment methods accepted are stated in your quote. Balances must be paid before install begins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
