How do I book?
Text 215-531-3340 or use the contact form. Tell us the event date, event type, venue and rough vision. We'll come back the same day with a design idea and quote.
How far in advance should I book?
4-8 weeks ahead is safest — weekend dates in spring, summer and fall fill up first. Last-minute is always worth asking; we'll try to make it work if we can.
What's the deposit and payment structure?
A deposit locks your date. Final balance is due before install. Specifics come with each quote — it depends on the scope.
What areas do you serve?
Philadelphia and the four surrounding counties — Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester. South Jersey and further-out are possible; just ask.
Do you deliver, install and take down?
Delivery and on-site install are included. Takedown is an optional add-on — especially handy at rented venues with strict end-times.
Can you match a specific color palette?
Yes — bring a swatch, a Pinterest board, an outfit, an invite. We custom-mix balloons and signage to your palette.
Can I see a design before I commit?
Yes — every quote comes with a rough sketch of the setup so you know what you're paying for.
What if the event is outdoors?
Outdoor is doable — shade is best. Direct summer sun is rough on balloons; we'll flag any risks in your quote and suggest anchor points and setup timing.
Do you offer packages?
No packages — every event is custom-designed. That said, most quotes fall into recognizable scopes (small garland, full shower styling, full milestone birthday) so we can give ballpark ranges when asked.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. If you need to move a date, text us as early as possible and we'll re-book based on availability.
Do you work with photographers?
Yes — if you've booked a photographer or drone videographer (common for gender reveals), we time the install and setup positioning for their shots.
Can I add florals or greenery to my garland?
Yes — greenery, faux florals and specialty accents are common add-ons for baby showers and bridal showers.
